RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package; for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Must be unworn, unwashed and free of damages. Must have all tags, attached. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Hair accessories, hats, jewelry, and swimwear cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. Store Credit can be used online at our website, www.dolcevitatulsa.com or in-store. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store credit never expires.
